Say 啦 is an AI-assisted English speaking practice service, including lessons, AI conversation, speech-recognition feedback, and progress tracking. AI-generated feedback is for learning reference only, may contain errors, and does not constitute any form of language certification.
The Service uses anonymous accounts bound to your device. Deleting the app or switching devices may make your learning records unrecoverable. You are responsible for safeguarding your device.
Some features are part of the paid “Say 啦 Plus” and “Say 啦 Max” subscriptions, offered through Apple in-app purchase and auto-renewed under Apple’s terms. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple account settings at any time; benefits continue until the end of the current period. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple.
All content, lessons, characters (including LaLa), trademarks, and software belong to us or our licensors. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the Service.
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you actually paid in the preceding twelve months.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account data.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for any dispute arising from these terms.
We may revise these terms from time to time; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
